Twenty years ago, The Bangles' Walk Like an Egyptian was the #1 hit in America. Surprisingly, TV writers didn't really pay homage to this song until the late '90s. Maybe that means a bunch of teenagers loved the song and then told the world about their youth as 20-something writers.
